Terms & Condition
1. General Terms-Please write your request in a clear and respectful manner.
-Provide neat references.
-Do not rush me into finishing the artwork.
-Any ill behavior will not be tolerated & your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
-If you fail to follow the general terms provided, I have the right to decline/cancel your commission.
2. Payment-All commissioners must pay half of the price of the commission type after receiving a colored sketch & must pay the rest after receiving the finished piece.
3. Process-The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1-3 weeks depending on the factors such as:
Health, order of commission, etc.
4. RightsAs the artist I have the right to:-Refuse a commission.
-Cancel a commission and refund the money for your commission at any given time.
-Watermark the commission.The commissioner have the right to:-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
-Print the art & claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
-Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me the artist prior to the commission.
